The Ugyen Academy ground was never an easy pitch to take three points for any traveling clubs and today's match against newly promoted Gomo FC proved it. The wet and slippery pitch from continuous downpour had sent the game beyond the control of Paro FC, who is used to playing on the artificial turf. After several failed attempt and nil-nil at half time, Yeshi Dorji broke the deadlock at 57 minute with free kick from outside the box. Although the game was one sided with many goal scoring chances missed by Paro, the final full-time score had to be settled at 1:0 in favour of Paro.
" We anticipated tough match and accordinlgy prepared for it, I'm happy we manage to keep clean sheet and got three important away point" said Coach Puspa lal.
