We are honored to have Mr. Victor Gurung lead a brief workshop on mindfulness and self-reflection for the men’s team today at Woochu Sports Arena.
Team activities were organized among players to encourage them to reflect on, contemplate, assess, and give significant thought to their team behaviors, beliefs, attitudes, motivations, and desires.
Mr. Victor shared among the participants that although this adage is undoubtedly accurate, it is not always simple to exercise self-reflection
Our world moves at an extraordinarily rapid rate. Our cell phones never stop buzzing, social media never stops ringing, and Netflix never runs out of new content to consume. It’s becoming more and more difficult to take the time to reflect. Unfortunately, the majority of us lead unquestioning lives.
The workshop’s major goal was to essentially unite everyone as a single team while encouraging self-reflection to advance both professional and personal development.
