Paro FC extended their unbeaten run in the league to a perfect eight wins from eight matches with a resounding 6-0 victory over Samtse FC at the Samtse Artificial Turf on 24th July 2025, with the kickoff at 5 PM.
Despite missing a few key players due to injuries and yellow cards, Paro FC fielded a strong lineup featuring Nima Tshering, who made his season debut, and Tandin Dorji, marking his second start, alongside consistent starters Mohamed Ba and Timothy.
The match began with high intensity and determination from both sides, yet the first half saw no goals until Timothy delivered a clinical finish in the 45th minute, giving Paro FC the crucial lead. Just before halftime, in stoppage time (45+2 minutes), Evans Asante scored a brilliant one-on-one goal to double the Tigers’ advantage, sending them into the break 2-0 ahead.
