Paro FC aspires to make a professional approach to Youth Development. We have successfully identified the guiding principles and “best practices” that best fits the youth development at Paro FC. We have continually strived to raise the standards and expectations of player development at the youth level. The Youth Development Plan uploaded in our website, forms an integral part of Paro FCs consolidated strategy.
This Plan provides an overarching strategy to work effectively in the Youth development and the link up from Grassroots and link up to the senior progression. The document outlines the comprehensive engagement process with the community for the development of youth players and progression to national selection camps. All scholarships in the youth category is based on talent and competence unlike the grassroots where the scholarships are awarded based on financial status by identifying the underprivileged children.
